We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when you can request a refund for your Mizaanly document purchase.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not downloaded the PDF Solicitor Instruction Letter.
Once the PDF has been accessed or downloaded, the digital product has been delivered and a refund is not available. This is consistent with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allow merchants to remove the right of withdrawal once a digital product has been supplied with your prior consent.
Changed Inputs
Each purchase is tied to a specific set of calculation inputs (heirs, estate value, madhab, and deceased's gender). If you change these inputs after purchasing, a new payment is required for the updated document. The original payment is not refunded in this case, as the original document remains available for download under the original inputs.
Technical Issues
If you were charged but were unable to access or download your document due to a technical error on our part, we will issue a full refund or resolve the issue at no additional cost. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- A brief description of your request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
